Crank type breaks

For break adjustment, in the senter of the brake shoe, on the baking plate gives crank type adjustment  and adjust Break by Rotating the crank 

crank type adjister can be seen on tata vehicle, behind of baking plate side can be rotated adjuster 

And the help of lock nuts does  It lock  ajuster
